Our equipment consists in one state-of-the art NION microscope dedicated to high spatial and spectral resolution spectromicroscopy and fitted with original home-made developments and 2 VG microscopes mostly dedicated to instrumental development. All equipement are actively used for our own research, and the NION microscope is accessible through our plateform and within the METSA and ESTEEM3 networks.
